Lakendra is a single mother of three school age children. She said the guaranteed income program has made the biggest difference in how she shows up for her children. The "troubling times" she's endured prior to the program have been alleviated by her ability to gain reliable transportation and the assurance each month that she can reliably get where she needs to go.
