Randy is a proud father of four children — ages, 11, 14, 15 and 17 — who has lived in Mount Vernon for over 10 years. “I am privileged to be a chosen candidate for the Level-Up MGI Pilot Program. This prolific program which produces much-needed funds for deserving people like myself affords us the opportunity to have some financial freedom, such as catching up on bills, rent, and easing some financial hardships. As for myself, it has been beneficial to me and my family in various manners, monthly. The success of this Pilot Program, as a result of the 1st group of us thriving, will have a positive impact on the future participants in our community. It will change and impact all of our situations in some shape, fashion, or form when the program reaches its expiration for our Pilot group but will indefinitely be an incredible asset to the future group, as it was for mine.”
